STRENGTH/CONDITIONING AND MENTAL PERFORMANCE COACH
Craig Miszewski
Alright, here we go!! I am so excited to lay the foundation to help you reach your athletic aspirations.
I have worked with a variety of sports at the highest levels of NCAA competition including baseball, football, water polo, basketball, cross-country, golf, lacrosse, rowing, soccer, swimming & diving, track & field, tennis, and volleyball. As a veteran of training and developing athletes through all stages of athletic careers, my passion has taken me all across the United States, including Georgetown University, the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss), and the University of California, Davis.
I hold a Masters in Education, Positive Coaching through the University of Missouri and a Bachelors of Science in Applied Exercise Science from Springfield College in Massachusetts. I have earned credentials from the Collegiate Strength & Conditioning Coaches Association, the National Strength & Conditioning Association, and Precision Nutrition.
Coaching allows me the opportunity to give athletes at all levels the tools they need to develop skills both on- and off-the-field. I love connecting with clients, athletes, teams, and coaches and collaborating with them to create a plan for their success.

Longevity Strength & Movement Coach
Allyson Seconds
A fitness veteran since 2005, I have co-owned two successful Sacramento gyms, guided clients for over two decades, and led workshops both locally and across the country. Over the years, I’ve trained everyone from corporate teams and local gym coaches to students at the National Personal Training Institute.
My training style combines my competitive powerlifting experience as lifter, coach and judge along with my USAW Olympic weightlifting certification to build foundational strength for all clients, modified relative to each individual.
Because true longevity requires an adaptable body, I pull from several modalities and tools. This includes everything from kettlebells and sandbags to strongman training for the everyday person, American kickboxing, plyometrics and more.
I welcome all ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds, providing an inclusive, supportive environment for men, women, and the LGBTQ+ community.
While my training benefits everyone, I hold a specialized expertise in midlife women’s health—focusing on peri- and post-menopausal programming to build bone mineral density, maintain vital muscle mass, and manage nutrition, as well as injury rehabilitation.

Massage Therapist
Marquita Vinson
Great training is only part of the equation. How you recover matters, too.

A licensed massage therapist since 2018 and graduate of the National Holistic Institute, she brings years of hands-on experience in therapeutic massage, sports recovery, injury rehabilitation, and performance-focused bodywork.
Her experience includes working with everyone from active adults and veterans to competitive athletes, professional athletes, U.S. Olympians, and Paralympians. Each session combines her extensive training with an individualized approach based on how you move, how you train, and what your body needs.
Her techniques include deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, shiatsu, lymphatic drainage, acupressure, cupping, scraping, assisted stretching, cryotherapy, heat therapy, and aromatherapy.

Whether you’re pushing your limits in the gym, preparing for competition, recovering from an injury, dealing with everyday aches and tightness, or simply investing in your long-term health, your session is built around you.
The goal isn’t just to help you feel better for the day—it’s to help you move better, recover better, and keep doing the things you love.

Train hard. Recover with purpose.

Ordinary people do
EXTRAORDINARY
things, every day.
